The newly designed O' TOSTORE DataTale RS-M2QO 3.5'' SATA HDD 2-Bay RAID System is a simplified and powerful RAID storage management device with flexible connectivity, hot swap support, and easy HDD access.

The modern trayless capability of the SmartGuider provides a unique and easy way of HDD removal and installation. The SmartGuiderTM makes storage management as easy as lifting a handle. All you have to do is simply lift the handle to withdraw out the HDDs. In addition, auto-limiting segmented screws are utilized to prevent HDD damages from over-tightening.

The DataTale RAID System brings a distinctive enclosure design to the natural world of today. Airflow is maximized due to the upright positioning of the high RPM SATA HDDs and exhaustion of hot air through the top opening using quiet fans. Together with vents and rugged elegance of the aluminum case, the entire DataTale housing creates an economical and efficient channel for heat dissipation. The thermally efficient aluminum also maintains optimal HDD operating temperature, prolonging the life of the high RPM SATA HDDs.

The RS-M2QO also highlights features that are normally reserved for the professionals and make quick work of any storage intensive task by using quad-interface connectivity to the host via USB 2.0, FireWire 400, FireWire 800, and eSATA. This allows all the most popular and immediate operations in all configurations.

The DataTale System helps eliminate the RAID learning curve. Using the powerful storage management of the DataTale is as easy and familiar as using a single bay external enclosure. Simply install the SmartGuider handles onto the HDDs, set the RAID mode via the RAID mode switch, select the HDD number via the HDD switch, connect the cables, and turn on the power for massive storage capacity, redundancy or instant real-time backups. It removes the need for the software GUI installation and provides onboard LED indicators for easy verification of operating status. The RS-M2QO offers a variety of RAID storage management options: including RAID 0 (Striping), RAID 1 (Mirroring), and JBOD (Just a Bunch Of Disks).
